PLC Control System Small Coil Winding Machine For Transformer , With Copper Wire ZPX400 is a special equipment for winding flat or round copper or aluminium wire coil. The shape of the coils can be rectangular, circle and oval, and these coils can be used in transformer and other similar products. This machine can lay the wire automatically when winding. The wire guide is driven by one 750w servo motor, which assure the excellent stop and start behaviour. 1.5kw motor provides enough torque to wind the wire with the listed size range. Changing bigger power motor for big size wire if needed. Colored touch screen provides a user friendly interface for inputting the relevant parameters. The counter can count the number of turns and count reversibly. The foot pedal is used to control the machine to start and stop, and switch the rotating direction. This winding machine features slow starting, smooth running, high automation, and easy operation, etc.
